FlyDex Terms of Use

By using FlyDex, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Authorized use only

FlyDex is intended to manage local desktop Codex sessions on machines you own, control, or are explicitly authorized to access. Do not use FlyDex to gain unauthorized access to any system, session, or data.

Permissions and approvals

You are responsible for the commands, approvals, and actions initiated through your account. High-risk actions should only be approved when you understand their consequences.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Pairing, connector health, and local runtime availability depend on your local environment, network conditions, and connected services.

Security and acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass account, machine, or action-level controls.
• Do not abuse the service, interfere with availability, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Do not use FlyDex in ways that violate third-party terms or local law.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
