FlyDex Privacy Policy

FlyDex is a web control plane for local desktop Codex sessions. This policy explains the main categories of data we may process when you use the service.

• Paired machine metadata and connector health information needed to route requests to your local connector.
• Usage, diagnostic, and security logs such as browser details, IP address, request timing, and service errors.
• Interaction data that you explicitly send through the product, such as prompts, approvals, and machine-management actions.

How we use information

• Operate, secure, and improve FlyDex.
• Authenticate users and maintain account-to-machine isolation.
• Detect abuse, investigate incidents, and respond to support or security requests.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us run the product, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, and support providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service, or our rights.

Security

FlyDex is designed so that local desktop sessions stay behind your connector rather than requiring inbound public access. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to reduce risk.
